#introductions I’m a still Jesus-haunted but certainly much-less-“evangelical”-than-I-used-to-be guy in Oakland, CA. As a musician/writer/creative-type & an Enneagram 9, I’ve always loved mystery & can see both sides of most issues, which has allowed me to keep working at an evangelical church & trying to be a voice for diverse viewpoints, but that seems to take more & more from me. Considering pursuing training in spiritual direction & shifting my focus to sitting & exploring Mystery w/ others.
@Matthew_White@elekk.xyz@mikeloretto This is very similar to my own experience. Also #Enneagram9, also stuck around in evangelicalism for peacemaking/indolence reasons, now in ELCA seminary trying to do some meaningful spiritual training and enter ministry. We should really talk more
