Forgot to mention: I can't relocate at the moment (my child is 3 months from graduation), so I'm looking for either remote work or work in Baltimore, MD and the surrounding counties (preferably to the north).

@noelle https://about.gitlab.com/jobs/ although we don't seem to have anything frontend at the moment (check back often!). Your ruby might see you through though. Fully remote *and* asynchronous, good work/life balance. I made the jump a couple of years ago, very happy!
