I liked "Smallville" a lot for its first few seasons, but I can't forgive it for making people think Tom Welling was a bad actor (he was given terrible, terrible direction) and for getting Allison Mack and Kristin Kreuk into a fucking sex cult.
@Sapphicgiraffic They were both involved with NXIVM, Kreuk through someone she met through Smallville and Mack through Kreuk: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/NXIVM Mack in particular wound up near the top of the organization before everybody in the leadership got arrested.
