as someone who’s done a lot of work remotely the biggest tip I can give is to keep up with personal hygiene. It can be easy to slip on things like taking a shower since you can talk yourself into not needing to because you’re not going out, but you still should. Same goes for shaving and stuff like that. Feeling clean can do a lot for your mental health long term.
