Ha, this resonates very well in our time. For at least 20 years there's been a constant trend of telling people to behave like ”kidults”, to not grow up. All this to boost consumerism, in the vein that as an adult you can get all the toys and candies you didn't get as a kid, and fuck responsibilities!
No wonder we've ended in this collective denialism.

@maloki @sargoth I don't think that in general anyone has any issues with being a good environmental steward. People tend to get more concerned when it becomes personal. For example, most people will agree that burning coal for energy is not the best option, but people that rely on a coal mine for their livelihood and survival will have a different opinion.
