Words have meaning.

And every fuckup we make is a teaching moment.

However, it's upon ourselves to draw a lesson from that interaction. It's not the responsibility of others to teach you and fix your world view. All that work is on you.


I'm still learning to set my own boundaries, and which lines I don't want to cross, because I know where that conversation goes.

I'm still figuring out how to be less of a bigot and racist, and how to shine a light on those dark corners of people's minds, and structures in society.

Call your friends out on their bullshit, that's what good friends do.
