What if Mastodons actually had feathers, not fur?

@maloki unlikely, it was within the synapsida the structure of feathers and fur are very different and there is no known synapsida that had feathers. Saurapsida are the ones that like feathers a lot, they also like sneks and dragons so many ways cooler than the Synapsids, but the synapsids have Cats, and extinct Gorgonopsid so I guess it is even matched.
