Pre-discussions ahead of the meeting are going on, so we can make the meeting as efficient as possible!
@maloki I'm curious about your project. Are you intent on building a completely new fediverse server, alongside Mastodon, Pleroma and GNU Social?
@loke I don't have the spoons to explain all the things atm.
Basically only on ground level of inviting people who felt disenfranchised and dismissed by main masto development, and want to #ForkOff so we are going to #ForkOffTogether.
I don't think we'll code anything from scratch, but rather be like glitch-soc is to Mastodon.
@loke but even that isn't decided.

We're focusing on community before code.

Remember, if there's people who you want to see represented at this meeting, or someone that hasn't showed up yet, but you think should be there and have a voice, you are allowed to invite them.

I've taken 1/2 strong anti anxiety, as well as 1 weaker anti-anxiety today.

you will make it through it. the first project you organize on this scale is always the toughest. once the meeting actually gets moving though, the anxiety will fade
