I had to wrap my wrist with tape this morning for similar reasons
I was crocheting a lot as part of my break... but it didn't hurt until the last hour, when I did not #crochet. I was handling groceries though from my delivery though. Is it their fault?
I'm wearing my craft compression gloves and in a bit I'll get my brace on. I think I'll make my brother stop at walgreens for ibuprofen.
