imagine if property managers actually managed properties instead of being leeches

like even in the ideal communist future it wouldn't be a terrible idea for someone with the expertise to organize maintenance for a group of homes/workplaces. but instead of collecting rent they actually do work

It's funny because most places that contract out that role have like 3 or 5 people already working together to fill it adequately for a fraction of the cost. The barriers to them doing it independently is institutional demands for transferrable workers and vertically managed supply chains.
