So recently I started playing #Sonic Generations. It's a pretty great game, even though the PC version isn't optimised and has very limited configuration options. Feels great to play with an Xbox 360 controller, though!
@dickmandrake i think overwatch initially had performance issues that scaled up with number of friends as well, though maybe that's been fixed by now - to do with its scanning to see if any of your friends were playing.
@dickmandrake also, sonic and all stars racing transformed absolutely *melts* in multiplayer mode if you or a friend have an emoji in your steam nickname.
I also discovered, while looking up ways to improve performance, that if you have 100 friends on Steam, online mode instantly crashes. Sonic Generations literally cannot comprehend someone having that many friends.
