@corianderI gave PKMN Sleep another shot now that I've gotten back to where I like my sleep to be and while I honestly do not know what most of the game part of the app actually does, it has still helped me get to bed consistently for the past week or so

The percentage thing is like its energy or something? I think it gets more energy back if I sleep a long time
