I don't trust any RPG that bills itself front-and-center about the "moral dilemmas" in its writing, it speaks to a lack of confidence in the writing itself, like the only thing you can think of to tell me about why I should play it is that I'll have to decide if I want to eat babies or give them candy

Tell me about the characters, tell me about the worldbuilding, tell me about the plot and quest design, let the choice aspect of the game speak for itself

I don't give a shit if the choices I make in dialogue moments "matter," a fucktillion games have done that, what kind of choices can I make in the gameplay?

I've said it before, but the game that had the most Choices Matter design in the past few years was Elden Ring

If the game weren't thirty-five of God's Own Smackers, I would honestly probably pick it up just out of morbid curiosity but I'm not paying that much for a game I already don't like based on how it's selling itself
